Ingredients for Homemade Pudding Recipe: Butterscotch

4 cups of milk

1/4 cup of cornstarch

2 tablespoons of butter

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 cup of brown sugar



Method for Homemade Pudding Recipe: Butterscotch

In a medium size saucepan, place the cornstarch, sugar, salt and the milk. Place your saucepan on medium to high heat and continually mix with a whisk. It will take about 5 minutes before your pudding thickens. Remove from the heat as soon as it does. Add the vanilla and butter and combine well.

Eat warm or cold. The pudding will thicken more as it cools.
